"I knew I wanted Gina to cut and color my hair, but she was booked out a few weeks. Would it be worth the wait? My hair already looked lousy. Oh yeah!! Gina seemed genuinely happy to see me, in fact, everyone in the shop just seemed happy. Gina listened to me, her adorable assistant Julie, listened to me, then Gina meticulously set about coloring, using a jillion colors, then just as meticulously cutting my hair. As I was walking up, Gina greeted me and although I was a little early, Callie and her assistant immediately came and introduced themselves and made me feel right at home. "I watched Split Ends over the weekend and of course I saw your very talented Tara swap places. . . but what I pulled most from that episode was her blowout style with the round brushes. I tried that on my hair this morning - I had four round brushes in my hair constantly and it gave me such volume that lasted! I have straight hair that hangs flat to my head and I've teased and sprayed but that always falls out too . . . but this method kicked butt girls! "I came into your salon and asked about having my hair color fixed. My hair was fried from having the last color job put on too long (my hair is fine curly), and it had been falling out because of my thyroid. When I walked into your salon my hair was extremely dry and breaking off, and the color was pulling red which made me look old and sick. I asked about prices and you recommended Whitney, who was your most affordable stylist. I booked an appointment. I have been having my hair colored for over 20 years, and the job Whitney did was the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! The products she used were excellent and moisturized and healed my hair.
